Who we are
ARR – Agentura regionálního rozvoje spol. s r.o. (Regional development agency) was established on 1st April 1993. It was established with the aim of providing technical and expert assistance in the preparation and implementation of projects of the municipal association of towns and municipalities of Nisa Euroregion.
At present, Liberec Region is a 100% owner of the company. Since mid-2017, we have been an "inhouse company" of Liberec Region. With our activities we fulfil the role of a service organization of Liberec region. All our activities focus on the benefit of the region, its inhabitants, economic entities and institutions. The agency has never been subsidized in the whole 25 years of its operation.
Our seat is the European House located in the very centre of Liberec, just next to the Regional Office of Liberec Region. Since 2020, we have expanded to include the newly renovated D Building behind the European House. Liberec business incubator called Lipo.ink which falls under the agency has found its state-of-the-art headquarters there. D Building also houses innovative companies cooperating with Lipo.ink and a new contemporary coworking centre.
